About Dr Ahmed Essop

Dr Essop is a SA trained Dermatologist who trained at the University of Pretoria. He has worked at many of Pretoria’s teaching hospitals including Steve Biko academic hospital, Kalafong and George Mokhari Hospitals
With more than a decade’s experience in the field, Dr Essop has conducted and published research on Dermatology in international and local journals and has been a consultant since 2014.
Dr Essop consults on all general dermatology in both adults and children, and will treat conditions such as acne, eczema, allergy and psoriasis. His special interests include emergency dermatology, skin cancer, moles and blistering conditions.
